Hey, I’m Sam.

As a Fractional Chief AI Officer, I’m designing, architecting, and developing AI/ML solutions that help businesses increase revenue, protect margin, and build a durable advantage.

From copywriting prompts to fine-tuning custom models, I continue helping businesses integrate AI and ML for building a competitive moat, solving tough problems, innovating, and getting results faster.

I got started with Machine Learning in 2016 and Generative AI in 2019, being an early pioneer in prompt engineering, custom fine-tuning of LLMs, Enterprise RAG systems, AI copywriting, and marketing.

I’ve had the privilege of advising and training Fortune 1,000 companies and teams across the world, while also advising and consulting with CEOs and C-Suite leadership.

More than a consultant, I’m best described as a strategic AI architect who advises C-Suite leaders on turning artificial intelligence into their most powerful competitive advantage. I help you do more than adapt to the AI era. I help you build the systems your competitors will spend two years catching up to.

What I have actually done

I started with machine learning in 2016 and generative AI in 2019, which means I was writing production prompts before there was a name for it. Since then:

  • 37+ markets, including financial services, health, supplements, SaaS, and ecommerce. Most of the work stays confidential by client preference.
  • Fortune 1,000 advisory and training, working directly with C-suite leadership on where AI belongs in the operating model and where it does not.
  • 10,000+ subscribers read Bionic Business every week, where I publish the workflows and agent architectures I am running myself.
  • Two companies. Stimulead is the advisory practice. Daring Robot is an applied AI studio that builds and operates agent-run businesses.
  • Proprietary datasets for copywriting and conversion work, built over a decade of campaigns rather than scraped.

I specialize in combining AI and creativity for doubling or tripling revenue (with healthy margins for profit).

Over the past 10 years, I’ve developed my own methodologies, training, and frameworks for building and growing online businesses, conversion copywriting, funnel optimization, and growth ecosystem thinking for faster and more sustainable growth and scale.

I’m working on how AI can enhance our creativity, thinking, marketing, and writing anything from poetry to copy. Creativity is contagious and the only thing that converts.
